In yoga, deep breathing helps us find our center. Strong, athletic, challenging physical practices help tire our body and energize our spirit. Slow, restorative, gentle sequences help nourish and refresh our body and soul. But yoga is so much more than just physical practice. Yoga’s principles and teachings also heal us and give us tools to be mindful, focused, conscious and thoughtful.

Counselling helps us understand and regulate our emotions. Cognitive restructuring helps shift our perspective from the negative to the positive, from racing to thoughtful, and from chaotic to organized. Coaching helps us make new choices and adapt our behaviours so that we move forward with intentional, concrete actions.

clear the clutter, Get ready for summer!

There's something about this time of year that calls us to clean out that kitchen drawer. Or winter closet. Or storage area. Or garage. Or, or, or... If you’re feeling overwhelmed and stressed and unsure how to tackle your spring to-do list, then join us!

We'll meet for a morning of tips, tricks and tools to help clear the clutter. Our group programs are great opportunities to connect with others experiencing similar challenges. In this case, you’ll get reassurance from others similarly struggling to get organized and feel in control of their physical space. You’ll leave this session feeling optimistic, inspired and ready to tackle your clutter. But my intention is really for you to leave with a little more compassion, acceptance and grace towards yourself.
